Meet Tom Harr & Andy Karabinos

Tom, a former home inspector, and Andy, a former car dealership owner turned sales manager, combined their blue-collar roots and business experience to launch their real estate journey in 2018. What started as a few flips quickly grew into a high-volume operation. By applying the BRRRR method, wholesaling, and flipping strategies, they’ve now completed over 350 deals, built a $15M rental portfolio, and manage 25+ short-term rentals in-house.

Tom became a millionaire by 27, retired his mom from teaching, and has inspected over 5,000 homes. Andy used his sales and leadership skills to transition from corporate life into building systems and structure behind their growing real estate company.

In 2020, they officially joined forces and built a business that finds deeply discounted properties, manages construction and rentals at scale, and provides jobs and opportunity for others.

Today, they run The Real Side of Real Estate — a platform and community that teaches regular people how to create lasting wealth through smart, scalable investing. With over 300 students coached nationwide, Tom and Andy are proof that with the right tools, systems, and mindset, anyone can win in real estate.

Meet Jerry Green

Jerry is a native of Ohio and currently lives in Germantown Ohio, with his wife of 20 years and their 4 children.

Jerry started in the REI Business in 1994 after going through a bankruptcy in Springfield Ohio. He began by wholesaling properties, and then merged into Fix and Flips. Since that time he has been involved with doing over 3,000 deals including fix and flips of single and multifamily rentals, and commercial properties.

He soon realized there was a big difference from just being in REI and actually running a real business. So after multiple failures, millions of dollars in mistakes, and through personal tragedy, he was able to build a true, scalable, REI Business.

Now he works as the CEO of his REI Business, but is operationally removed from the business as whole. He does a high volume of wholesale deals, which are all done virtually.

Jerry now spends his time helping others learn the REI Business. He teaches them how to build and scale their businesses and shows them how to master their Acquisition skills with trainings and the REI Sales Academy. He offers in person and live events year round.
