Where do I find good deals?

  • Meet realtors and wholesalers in your market area. Connections are so important! Find the people really putting in the work getting the closest to solving the problem of the seller! Tell everyone what you do and what you're looking for and it will pay off! Local RE events, Facebook groups, and so many other ways!

  • Learn to wholesale. This is the way to get the best deals! We teach you the BEST way and give the exact guidance on how to get consistent leads and start closing deals within your first 45 days!

  • Scan Zillow for listed properties. Don't be afraid to offer what you can pay on these properties! Search for keywords such as "as-is", "Investor special", etc.

What can I expect when joining Real Side?

The Real Side Community is a group of like-minded investors all over the country. It's a group of hundreds of investors that all root for each other and truly care about one another! We specialize in two main types of investing:

  • Wholesale: We will give you the exact blueprint to do 5+ deals in just about any market in the country with MINIMAL budget. People that dedicate the time and effort get to this point in roughly 6 months of joining.

  • Fix + Flip (or hold as rental): We give you the exact blueprint to turn you from a beginner investor to being able to manage 5+ projects at a time without using any of your own money. Depending on your starting point this typically can take 6-12 months on average to get to these numbers with our methods.

How do I know if a property for sale is a good deal?

We provide you with hours and hours of training to be able spot a good deal FAST! We will provide you with all of the tools you could possibly need to make sure you give yourself the best chance to make a great profit.

What is the best market to wholesale in?

It's more about which market is NOT good to wholesale in. Think about it, if there are flips going on in a market then there is a need for wholesalers. TYPICALLY the most challenging markets are the highest end (think Los Angeles, multi-million dollar areas, etc) or LOWEST end (Think ARVs under 50-60k etc). Other than that, you may want to start in your back yard. If that's not an option, look for those middle of the road metro areas or tri-city areas (Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Columbus, Houston, etc)

What is the best market to flip in?

Similar answer to the "where to wholesale" question. Look for markets in the 300-600k average range. Remember, if there are buyers, you can flip!

Do you teach how to invest and wholesale virtually?

We do! Roughly 25% of the people in the community flip or wholesale virtually! The process is similar to doing business in your backyard, but we provide you with some of the key things to add to your process if going virtual.
